The appalling charges being filed against Burrell E. Mohler Sr. and a growing circle of his relatives and acquaintances raise the question of whether child rape went unreported.
A key witness, who is now 26, has told police and prosecutors about sexual abuse she experienced until she had an abortion at age 11 1/2. At that point, she says, her memories of abuse ceased.
If she had an abortion at that age, it should have been reported to authorities and investigated. And, obviously, someone should have been arrested for child rape.
What happened? We don't know at this point. Phill Kline, of course, looked into cases such as these in Kansas, and alleged that child rape was going unreported. But those claims were never validated. In some of the instances he raised, it was proven that the abortion clinics had indeed reported the crimes to authorities.
There's a lot of questions with the Mohler case that need to be answered. The claim that an 11-year-old had an abortion is certainly one of them. But right now there's a real dearth of information.

This is a family that committed crimes not only against the law but nature, and we're going to assume they would have pursued legal avenues to obtain an abortion.
These men allegedly raped their own neices, kept a sex slave under the stairs, murdered their infant incestual offspring, and maybe even murdered a random stranger. It's naive to assume that they would have extended the courtesy of a anything like an actual medical professional. In this case abortion most likely meant something closer to a wire hanger or a hack backdoor abortionist. Anything as far away as legal as possible.

Few prosecutions coming from Kansas child rape protection law
A law passed in 2005 requires that abortionists extract fetal tissue during an abortion if the girl is younger than 14 years old and then submit this tissue to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. The law was intended to be an additional tool that law enforcement could use to prosecute child rapists.
According to the attorney general’s office, 33 fetal tissue samples were submitted to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation in 2007 and 2008. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment’s numbers also show that there have been 33 pregnancies that resulted in abortion for girls younger than 14 between 2007 and 2008.
The majority of the cases involve out-of-state girls who traveled to Kansas to have their abortions. The state collected 16 samples in 2007 and 17 samples in 2008. Out of these 33 samples, 21 were taken from out-of-state girls and 12 were taken from Kansas residents. These samples remain stored at a Kansas Bureau of Investigations lab.
Ashley Anstaett, director of communications for Attorney General Steve Six, said the attorney general's office uses rules and regulations that were adopted by former Attorney General Phill Kline when dealing with the samples. These regulations require the sample to be sent to the KBI, and not the attorney general’s office.
“We are charged with ensuring that the KBI receives the required samples from providers, and they are,” Anstaett told Kansas Liberty.
Each of the samples was taken from girls between the ages of 10-13 who had their abortions in Kansas. According to the KDHE, there were no girls younger than 10 who had abortions in the state in 2007 and 2008.
While 33 total samples have been collected, only two of the samples are actually being used in court cases.
“During this same time period, the KBI reported two requests for information about samples from Kansas patients,” Anstaett said. “Jurisdiction for these cases would lie with county and district attorneys.”
The attorney general’s office could not provide information regarding which county or district attorneys requested the samples or what types of cases they were being used in because the information is classified as part of a criminal investigation.
Sen. Derek Schmidt, R-Independence, voted in favor of the law when the bill was in the Senate. Schmidt, who is also campaigning for attorney general, said he was taken aback by the small number of samples actually being used in criminal proceedings.
“On its face it seems like a small number,” Schmidt told Kansas Liberty. “I certainly hope the trend picks up. On the other side, there is no way to know the facts of those individual cases.”
Former Sen. Kay O’Connor, a conservative Republican who represented Olathe, carried the measure on the Senate floor. O’Connor was also surprised that only two of the samples were being used in criminal investigations.
“When I helped pass the law, I certainly hoped that it would lead to many more rapists being put behind bars,” O’Connor told Kansas Liberty.
O’Connor pointed out that law enforcement could have a difficult time using the fetal tissue samples to prosecute child rapists, if the offender does not already have his DNA on file.
“This is not something that will be able to be used to catch every rapist, unfortunately,” O’Connor said.
According to KDHE pregnancy stats, there were 70 teens who became pregnant between the ages of 10-14 in 2007, and 66 teens in that same age group in 2008.

In the '80s and '90s, a flood of "false" and "recovered" memories of child sexual abuse, often with Satanic overtones, swept the U.S. and then the English speaking world. Then, as now, the accused were crucified in the investigations and by the media. After more than 25 years, most have been shown to be hysterical and perjured tales about innocent people.
Consider, Ms. Shelly, that one needs to confirm an abortion happened before it can be determined whether it went unreported.
Law enforcement is drooling over a big, public case, working on their tans in the media spotlight. The media is salivating over the SCANDAL it can report. That there seems to be a lack of corroborating evidence bothers them not.
The presumption of innocence until PROVEN guilty is shown to be another false memory.

It seems highly possible that Tiller profited from this horrific situation. He is, after all, one of the few Pro-Death abortionists in the region who would have slain a baby that was being carried by someone so young.
Sadly, if it wasn't he that performed this particular infanticide, then it was one of our other illustrious Dr. Mengeles who are still alive and still practicing their own brand of death.
