And after Obama delivered a moving, eloquent victory speech before the deliriously happy audience, McCain said something like, "This is an important day for Black History...". If Obama is elected, Americans will be awash in affirmative action. He has proposed incredibly complicated affirmative action plans for Americans’ interactions with all government agencies. And Affirmative Action is divisive and bad for all Americans.

And Obama’s organization ACORN, is already demanding Reparations and will expect them to be delivered from an Obama Administration.

And as President, Obama could use Executive Orders at will.

90% of the people who will vote for Barack Obama this November had never heard of him a year ago. And yet tens of millions of Americans are willing to hand him not only the White House but a supermajority (filibuster proof) Congress that will be much more leftist than the voters themselves.

Thanks to Drudge linking to his article, Lewis Diuguid has been a laughingstock for the past couple of days as a result of his inane attempt to link John McCain and Sarah Palin to racism by accusing them of using "socialist" as a code word for "Black." As comment after comment demonstrated, any association between Black and socialist appears to exist only the race-baiting mind of Lewis Diuguid.
For demonstrating that having editors does not necessarily prevent stupidity from being paraded on a major city's newspaper editorial page, I have awarded the prestigious "Unglued Idiot of the Day" Award to Lewis Diuguid. From what I've seen of his articles, he would be a contender for the "Unglued Idiot of the Year" Award too, except that unless Drudge links another of his articles, no one will know how stupid and ignorant he is.
I imagine his bosses are urging him now to write another dumb article, because all the hits from the Drudge audience look good for their web site statistics. I have faith that Diuguid has demonstrated a degree of stupidity that will produce what the Kansas City Star wants and needs.

Apparently, and according to Rush Limbaugh "The Urban Disctionary" says that the word socialist is reserved for guilty rich white people who want to shed some of their wealth to support lesser minority demographics in need. IE: Definition #14 a "cathartic form of psychological flagellation and an attempt to identify with poorer people and countries."

Thus it could be said that calling Obama a socialist works for Obama as a compliment in three ways, a win-win-win scenario for Obama:

Obama says his economic plan is intended to "help those behind us", us being those with incomes over $250,000. Even worse, Biden calls it being "patriotic". The unseen part of this plan is what we should actually worry about. Because history proves that once the mechanics of socialism are in place, it doesnt take long before every income level is affected. All in the name of providing for those who dont have, dont work and dont care. In other words, the democratic base.

According to the Department of Agriculture and US Bureau of Statistics the US Government distributes Food Stamps as follows to US households:
White Households = 11% receive food stamps
Hispanic Households = 46% receive food stamps
Black Households = 59.3% receive food stamps.
That is amazing.
We already have two dependent ethnic groups almost totally dependent of the US government for their survival. Is it fraud? larceny? For Heaven's sake! Do you have to inject racism into EVERY topic?!? The first names that come to mind when I hear the term socialism would be Marx, Engels and Lenin, who last time I checked, were white. And what about the early American socialistic communes with the writers Nathaniel Hawthorne and Ralph Waldo Emerson and Bronson Alcott (father of Louisa May Alcott)...all white. Or maybe we would recall Eugene V. Debs, the founder of the Socialist American Party (and yes, he's white, too). As for the purging by J. Edgar Hoover, he started with the Russians(white)in the 1920s, and proceeded to include any and all that he found different than himself. These included people of all colors, not just blacks. Many innocents were swept up in unwarranted surveillance and there are thousands upon thousands of secret files on many unsuspecting Americans. Sure there were and are some blacks who were/are socialists, just at there are some blacks who are politically conservative, some who are moderate, some who just plain don't care...just like white Americans, Native Americans, Hispanic Americans, etc.

Saying Barak Obama is a socialist is just attaching a label to his economic philosophy...taking money earned by one person and redistributing part of it to another who did not earn it. Sometimes that a good thing, sometimes not. But it is socialism. Race has nothing to do with it. You do your readers and the community a disservice when you constantly try to justify your personal prejudices by serving up the race card in each column that you write.

I didn't know until I read Lewis Diuguid's article that Michael Moore's hymn to socialized medicine, "Sicko," was also part of the code word conspiracy, and really meant that Moore wants to herd Blacks into bankrupt government-run systems like Medicaid and Medicare.

Philip Randolph quit the Congress of Industrial Organizations when he realized it was under communist control. In some cases it is a tax cut, but 40% of his "95%" don't pay taxes - repeat - DON'T PAY TAXES. And those folks will GET MONEY FROM THE GOVERNMENT - and guess where the government got that money - from small businesses & folks PAYING taxes. That, sir is socialism - taking from the haves and giving to the have-nots. How long before the haves just say "screw it" and close their businesses? And remember - once they get started with this, it will be 'built in' to the tax system.

That's my family and I'll be making decisions based on what is best for us. That is not socialist. That is common sense.

Socialist has NEVER been a code word for black. The Urban Dictionary has more than 30 different definitions,including all sorts of slang, nope, not there. If J.Edgar Hoover said civil rights people were socialists or communists then that is because, just like the ones he thought were under his bed, he though they were communists. McCain wants to buy houses up for people who have not paid their mortgages and shift that to the tax papers. Obama says he wants to cut taxes for people who make $250,000 or less a year. How is cutting taxes "socialist"? I mean really, I think people are just worried about that label and so aren't even looking at how they and their families will be affected by each candidate's plans.
