Veterans must not be neglected

Two recent audits and a review of Department of Veterans Affairs statistics indicate that veterans are waiting longer and getting poor results, McClatchy Newspapers reports. This is despite VA efforts to make improvements.
From 2011 to 2012 the time it took to do the average claim jumped from 188 days to 262.
Veterans deserve better.
