Super Bowl's over, but shameless promotion lingers on
The excessive promotion of anything connected with the Super Bowl continued Tuesday, two days after the game ended.
Anheuser-Busch issued a breathless announcement regarding the Clydesdale foal that starred in its well-received Super Bowl ad.
Thanks to a social media contest, it has a name: Hope.
Also, PETA trolled for publicity by ripping Beyonce for wearing a bodysuit during her appearance.
The animal rights group said her bodysuit was made, according to its designer, of “engineered python, paneled iguana and trapunto/pick stitched leather.”
Animals died painfully to make those clothes, PETA complained. OK, but didn’t she give one great halftime show?

3 months, 2 weeks agoYael, what do you have against a business promoting its products? You complain about Anheuser-Busch for them simply expanding on an advertising theme. And that was after you wrote multiple times over two years aggressively criticizing Boulevard Brewery for promoting its products.
“Excessive promotion”, “breathless announcement”. Really?
What do you have against business?
