Pray for snow, freezing rain, any rain

It sounds like winter heresy, but people in the Midwest need to pray for snow and a lot of it or at least freezing rain.

The area desperately needs the precipitation because of the lingering drought. The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City predicted that farm income could decline this year if the dry weather continues.

That will mean higher food and fuel prices for consumers.
