Kobach keeps riding immigrants' backs
One day Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach will decide he has had enough of riding the backs of immigrants to try to attain a national stature.
But that may take a few years. Kobach told The Associated Press that he is serving as an unpaid adviser to Mitt Romney on immigration issues.
That will likely hurt Romney’s bid for the GOP presidential nod. Kobach has succeeded in running Hispanic voters away from the Republican Party, and his track record on sustainable anti-immigrant legislation hasn’t been good.
Maybe this will be Kobach’s last pitch in the national game of scapegoating immigrants.

Why can’t you and ms. shelly be honest and call them what they are?

Kobach ALREADY IS a man of national stature and influence. He continues to be in the forefront of GOP immigration reform converstaions….I would make the statement more inclusive …….except donkeys do not want immigration reform….they just want amnesty or worse…..open borders.
“Immigrant” is not synonomous with “illegal alien”, Lewis. Conflating the two may make you feel good …..but it makes you appear completly void of integrity when discussing the issue.
