You know a family is dysfunctional when two girls, ages 15 and 16 in Rocklin, Calif., decide to spike the 15-year-old’s parents’ milkshakes with prescription sleeping pills.

Why? So the 15-year-old can use the Internet past her curfew for being online, The Associated Press reports.

You know a family is dysfunctional when the parents awaken groggy the next morning and decide to get a drug kit from the police so they can test themselves, figuring something isn’t right about what happened. D’uh!

You know a family is dysfunctional when the parents, finding that they tested positive for being doped, have the girls arrested.Wow!

Nearly every other family now seems normal in comparison.
