Diversity group of letter writers to meet tonight at The Star
A diversity group of letters writers will meet at 7 p.m. today at The Kansas City Star, 1729 Grand Blvd.
Park in the front lot at 18th and McGee streets. Discussions are expected to range from U.S. Senate candidate Todd Akin’s recent comments on rape and whether he should remain on the Republican ticket to the economy and the presidential election.
I will be the moderator. Anyone is welcome to attend. The meetings normally are held on the second Tuesday of each month, but a scheduling conflict required it to be moved to today.
