Cubans have to be laughing -- again

Repeated efforts for decades to assassinate Cuban leader Fidel Castro have been unsuccessful.

Attempts by Western leaders to say he was ailing or dying also have been proven false. Castro has outlived U.S. presidents from Dwight Eisenhouser through Ronald Reagan with Jimmy Carter being the exception for being alive and doing well.

The latest Castro-is-dying rant came from published reports that he suffered headaches and was seriously ill. The 86-year-old, The Associated Press reports near the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, was pictured in photos near some trees wearing a checked red shirt and a cowboy hat.

People in Cuba have to be laughing again at Western efforts to show the communist leader either sick, dead or dying.

I don’t understand you point, Lewis. What is your opinion of the Cuban government? Are you defending them? Or, what.
