After the All Star Game on Tuesday, Kansas City will go back to wishing that the Royals will win the next game. Wild cheers always follow when they do.
The town will be joyful today and certainly Tuesday. But after Tuesday night’s All-Star celebration, the hangover of what we have to live with will follow.
There’s always next season.
