Sure, make cigarettes illegal

Smokers who complain about smoke-free laws in KC and across America like to think they have an intelligent retort: If my habit is so bad, why won't states ban cigarette sales and lose all kinds of tax revenue? For once, I agree with the smokers. Let's make cigarettes illegal.
