Will the KC dropout rate kill the proposed Jet plant?

Kansas City schools have once again hit the national spot light, this time for their high dropout rate.

Now, if I were a business thinking of building a plant in a city, I'd be very wary of a city with a graduation rate of only 46%. I would have reservations about flying in a plane built by high school dropouts.
